Mediation is confidential and its contents cannot be used as evidence before a court.
FEES
In family mediation, Quebec’s Justice Minister subsidizes a certain number of family mediation sessions. If you require a family mediator, you may contact Me Fontana to find out about the program’s admission criteria and the available resources.
In a mediation related to civil, commercial, and labour matters, all parties share equally the cost of the mediation sessions. You may contact Me Fontana to find out about fees related to mediation sessions.
