FAMILY MEDIATION

WHAT IS FAMILY MEDIATION?
NEGOTIATION • FACILITATION • SOLUTIONS
Family mediation is a non-judicial, dispute-resolution mechanism that offers separated couples, or couples on the verge of separation, to come to a mutually beneficial agreement with the help of an impartial and accredited mediator. The mediator intervenes to help negotiate an agreement that caters to the needs and interests of each family member. Family mediation applies to married couples, common law spouses and conjugal partners. Me Fontana is accredited to facilitate an amicable settlement of all aspects resulting from the interruption of their common life.
